Be part of our decision-making team, as we work with Petits Noirs in search of four perfect pairings to include in our spring wine club release. Each order will receive 1 bottle of Fysalides bubbles, 8 freshly enrobed chocolate truffles from Petits Noirs, 12 assorted toppings for pairing, 4 – 150 ml bottles of Kontos Cellars wine, and a 6 pm virtual tasting and voting with the Kontos and Petits Noirs family

6:00 Welcome: Log-in greeting and set up with Petits Noirs and the Kontos family

1st Pairing: 2020 Gossamer – Candied Ginger, Sweet Corn, Pork Rind

2nd Pairing: 2017 Alatus Blend – Star Anise, Fennel Seed, Pine Nuts

3rd Pairing: 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon – Dried Fig, Pistachio, Green Cardamom

4th Pairing: 2016 Brielle – Black Truffle Olive Oil Powder, Rosemary, Pink Peppercorn/Black Salt

Voting will be conducted during the live event and the winners will be included in the spring wine club release.
