Probably the deepest hue of purple you will ever pour into a glass!
We made a huge mistake when we decided to make a Malbec... we only produced 25 cases!
Intense nose of wild berries (huckleberry and blackberry) with aromas of roast coffee crushed roses and a hint of violet. The flavors are dense, but not overpowering, building up on the back palate with undertones of minerals, bittersweet chocolate, coffee grounds. There is a plumy "sweet spot" in the middle, followed by extracts squeezing out into a ripe chewy tannin finish, dusted with white pepper. One of the most extracted Malbecs i've tasted. - Rand Sealey
