This rolling 100% Yakima Valley Syrah fills every corner of your palate. Reluctantly withdrawing like a receding wave, leaving your senses aroused and alive, awaiting the next surge of flavor brought forth!
The beautiful velvet purple hue of this syrah encapsulates the floral aroma of rose petal and wild flowers along with bacon and pepper corn steak. First layers include blueberry, raspberry, and pepper. Secondary layers open to reveal acai berry, white pepper, and truffles. Savor this wine and its many layers. You will be rewarded with a truly classic Syrah. Enjoy Spring of 2009-2017
